A few minutes on a ferry and a thousand miles from care, Erakor Island Resort offers quality boutique accommodation on an unspoiled 16-acre island.

While only minutes from Port Vila, its white sand beaches and crystal clear waters take you to tropical paradise. Relaxed and secluded, Erakor also offers fine dining in “Roxys” restaurant situated over the waters of Erakor Lagoon. There are 21 private, absolute waterfront bungalows and four of the newest bungalows have spa baths.

The only negative comment we’ve heard about these came from a couple who found the gentle waves lapping annoying (there are four bungalows on the reef side of the island) and asked to be moved to a bungalow on the still lagoon. Go figure.

For those wishing to be married or renew their vows, there’s no more romantic place than the open-air historic chapel, or any of the beaches around the island.
